MRICS(UK), MCIOB(UK), BSc (Science), Part BEng(Civil), PGDip(Property Development and Management), MSc (Building), MBA(Wits), Part Doctorate(Building).

Mr Nsibande has vast knowledge and experience in the construction and property industry. He is the principal consultant. He has vast experience in Property Project Management, Property Development, Property Valuation and Property Investment and Finance. He also has experience in investment banking and evaluation of property developments and investments for an equity bank in Johannesburg, South Africa. He has evaluated and funded projects with market values in excess of ZAR1 Billion, per project. His doctorate research is in progress and he has published widely in property related issues affecting the industry globally. He has also published several books which are available globally and via kindle (on-line). Mr Nsibande is both a Chartered Surveyor as well as a Chartered Builder. He is registered with the South African Council for Professional Valuers.
The company is continuously employing staff as it grows and secures new contracts and it is embarking on more ventures. The company has associations with several consulting firms in the property industry from which it draws capacity as it may be necessary with larger projects.

VALUATION EXPERIENCE

Key accounts:

– 2006 to 2007: Taught Real Estate Valuation courses at University to students who proceeded and became registered professional valuers.
– 2008 to 2009: Undertook internal valuations and appraisals for an investment Bank in Johannesburg. I completed feasibility and investment appraisals of property investments for residential developments in excess of ZAR1 billion. More than 50 appraisals were completed during this period.
– 2010 to 2011: Completed appraisals of development land parcels for a Municipality to the value in excess of ZAR3 billion.

In the past twelve (12) years, Mr Nsibande has completed valuations amounting to billions of Rands’ worth of property.
